About Kassandra Perez
Kassandra Perez is a Cuban-American actor.
A graduate from Rutgers University-Newark’s Art History and a Theater program where she worked with celebrated playwrights and directors and took part in numerous devised theatre projects as well as the world premiere of the play SHYNAG, a code generated opera. Later she studied with Seth Barrish and Lee Brock of the Barrow Group through their professional acting program. With the help of Seth, Lee and the other incredible teachers at BG, she was able to hone in on her acting skills and has been given the opportunity to bring forth the purest of characters and performances any actor could hope for. Kassandra has also worked with Amy Stewart of Theory Works as both a voice coach and music theory instructor. Since working with Amy via Theory Works, Kassandra has placed herself back in front of the piano and is slowly getting to a place where she feels comfortable singing and playing simultaneously.
Kassandra has performed in various productions in NYC in off and off off Broadway productions most recently at theTheatre for the New City in Double Decker Productions world premiere production of Maxim Gorky’s Meshahnye.
Kassandra has experience working in film, theatre and musical theatre.
